Sunrise Dental-Beaverton

I went to Sunrise Dental August 1,2024 I will never go back! Needing an extraction of my tooth I said I have a low tolerance to pain I will need close to 7 shots of novacain to be out of pain for the procedure to be successful...Dr. John Lee did not listen and after only 3 shots of novacain he attempted to pull my tooth after he assumed that was plenty and it wasn't I had an ANXIETY attack that's when he said oh I can't work on you due to your anxiety and he told me to leave ! I was discriminated,disrespected,humiliated, and laughed at !!! I have never been treated by a Dentist like that.Dr. John should not be a dentist I'm appalled!!!

I went in just for a cleaning and they did something to my back gum behind my wisdom tooth. At first, all of my guns were swollen how it normally would be, but the back gum has prolonged its pain for a week now. It’s a sharp pain, where I can’t properly eat right anymore, sleep on one side, brush my teeth, spit, and swallow. I think it’s insane I pay so much for their services, yet they caused so much pain to occur even to this day.

This dental office is amazing!! I broke my tooth on a Thursday and was able to get in the next day for emergency repair when no one else could take me! I can't tell you enough how great my experience was with Dr. Lee, his assistant Angel and all the staff. They were very caring and quick with my procedure. I highly recommend going here!

This place is amazing. I called them first due to their good reviews and asked for a quote on a crown that needs to be cemented back into place. They informed me of a good price and a special they had for new guest. I was able to go in an hour later, x-rays taken, crown cemented back on, something I thought would have cost me an arm and a leg only cost 200.00 total for EVERYTHING!!! The entire staff was kind and welcoming, when my insurance kicks in, I will be returning for all my dental needs.

I'm young and new to having dental insurance for myself. I broke my tooth and was mislead by the first dentist I saw and went looking for a second opinion. I went here to Sunrise and I couldn't be happier. I was treated incredibly well and they were thoughtful in the ways they suggested treatment. I was able to have honest and clear conversations with everyone who helped me. I was lucky enough to have been helped by Hyuni, Parle, and Dr.Lee. I now have a well fitting crown and my broken tooth is repaired. I couldn't recommend this dentist enough.

My sister had a horrible experience here. They were very unprofessional, and rude. One of them yelled at her, even though she was in pain. Had to get more than multiple numbing shots because he couldn’t get it on the first try. Terrible experience…do not recommend.
