My recent visit to Sunnylane Family Dentistry was an interesting one. I must start by commending Stephanie at the front desk for her exceptional dedication and customer service. Despite being incredibly busy, Stephanie went above and beyond to assist us and make us feel welcomed. Unfortunately, during our visit, there was an incident where one of the staff members in the back made a comment that was less than welcoming. However, Stephanie quickly reassured us and ensured that our appointment went smoothly. She juggled multiple tasks effortlessly, even in the face of challenging circumstances. It was disheartening to witness the doctor speaking in a condescending manner to Stephanie, causing her to tear up!! But despite this, Stephanie remained professional, caring, and treated us with respect, not just as clients but as individuals. Stephanie’s ability to empathize with our situation, treat us with kindness, and not view us as mere dollar signs left a lasting impression. She truly embodies the spirit of exceptional customer service. I believe Stephanie deserves recognition for the invaluable work she does at Sunnylane Family Dentistry. Thanks to her, I will continue to choose this office for my dental needs in the future. The doctor definitely should give her a raise for doing all that she does!

My family and me, have been patients at Sunnylane Family Dentistry for about 2 years now, and I can say that the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we enter the practice, we are greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff who truly care about your experience. Dr. Michels, is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, and it is clear that he cares about his patients. The team works hard to make us feel comfortable and at ease, with a nice atmosphere and soothing details. I recommend this practice to anyone in need of a good dentist.

Dr.Michels is awesome ! He has provided me the best service when it comes to keeping my teeth healthy for the last 20 years. Always has a great attitude and you can jam out to rock n roll while your getting your teeth worked on. He is very straightforward with the options he can provide which I love as well. Will continue to be a patient until he retires !
