So disappointed had a wonderful experience at the consult next visit if I could give zero stars I would. I had an appointment for a cleaning/xrays before the braces was there for 3 hours did not even see a dentist but was told my daughter has 4 cavities it’ll be 560$ when can I schedule your appointment. And I repeat did not even get to see a dentist. I don’t doubt the cavities though I am getting a second opinion. The whole experience felt like I was in a dental factory get you in and out and take your money.
Everything went great. Staff was good with my child. Up until check out. My child hasn’t been in my custody long and has dental issues. My insurance is going to cover everything but $950. They really expected in this economy I was going to be able to fork put almost $1,000 in 2 weeks. When I said I needed to have a later appointment because I do not have $1,000 to hand out in 2 weeks and wasn’t going to have it they said they could not reschedule the appointment thats what day I had to be there. Last I checked the appointment is what I am paying them for. They are not paying me for coming. I understand there may only be a few days available to do the appointments but wanting thinking I am going to have 1 grand to hand out in 2 weeks is wild to me. Im sure there is an appointment in the next year they could schedule me for.
I have been going here for several years with my children. I did get close to moving them somewhere else. But this year they have exceeded my expectations. They have been amazing. My daughters LOVE their orthodontist and with all of my 7 children they have been more than accommodating!!
This dentist office is the worst I made an appointment for my son on the 22nd of October 2024 after I called on 21 October 2024 to make his appointment they called within one hour to confirm then we received a text also confirming my son's appointment but this is when it gets absolutely very unprofessional. We went on October 22,2024 His appointment was at 2 o'clock. We went and signed in filled out the sheet of paper you had to fill out every time you go in then, they told me to come back in the back room that they needed to talk to me. The supposedly the office manager said that Dr. Tom said that all of his patients have to wait till he gets back or can be referred to red cells. I told her the supposedly office manager that we did not have an appointment with Dr. Tom , my son's appointment was with Dr. Harris. She says Dr. Harris cannot see him I told her I had the text for confirmation that he does have an appointment with DrHarris but yet she refused services for my son. He has been up there so many times because of his tooth Dr. Harris shaved his tooth then cracked the filling and it had to be refilled so then we went to Dr. Tom the next visit because he was available Dr. Harris was full on the day we needed and he did the same thing, but he hit a nerve, but Dr. Tom said give it a couple days. We gave it more than a couple days. He was still in pain so I called back and asked for appointment with Dr. Harris. The lady upfront confirmed that he will have an appointment on October 22,2024 at 2 o'clock. With Dr. Harris, but he was never seen. I feel like they know they messed his teeth up and now they gave us a referral to red cells first off why in the world if they're going to act like a circus up there why would you go to someone that they refer you to Is it to cover their mistakes to cover up what they messed up that place is an Absolutely a joke I told the supposedly office manager why didn't you call me from Monday, October 21, 2024 to October 22,2024 Before his appointment instead of making us come all the way up there and waste our gas and time and he is still in pain she replied well if I knew y'all were coming. I would've told you well to me if you're the office manager it seems like you need to do a better job than what you're doing. Actually, she needs to do a hell of a lot of a better job than what she's doing and the this crap did not make any sense what she said because first off no dentist can tell you that you have to see them. You have a choice to see who the hell you want. It was a very bad experience and I hope nobody else has to go through the BS that we went through with those freaking people
I was very disappointed with the service provided by this dental clinic. I had tried to remain loyal to coming to this location as they had assisted my son with an emergency appointment 2 years ago while we were in the area. So I have been driving over and hour to visit this location. However, after my son's visit yesterday, we will not be returning to this location. It took over two hours for a dental cleaning for my son. They had one hygienist going around trying to clean all the patient's teeth. The dentist was coming in and assessing patients even before cleanings were complete. I was not happy with the dentist checking my son's mouth and not directly talking to me or my son about his dental health. She told the assistant what to write down but there was no personal information exchanged. Then the assistant wanted to come out with a plan of treatment. When I asked her which teeth needed attention, she was not quite sure. This experience was below my expectations. The windows in the doors were dirty so it made me question the cleanliness of the entire facility. The assistant was very friendly but she was all over the place trying to so so many things. The owners/operators need to assess the operations of this clinic.
Let me start by saying, I read reviews before going in to my kids appointments and I was horrified! I almost cancelled! I am so glad I didn’t! Sunnybrook accommodated all 3 of my children in the same day and at the same time! They were very kind and helpful through the entire process! My youngest is 3 and every person/staff we came in contact with made his first trip to the dentist amazing! He keeps asking to go back! Not only were they kind and very helpful, they were also extremely thorough and professional! They addressed and answered all my questions and even went even further to answer my own personal dental questions! We did wait in the waiting room for about 45 mins, but it was worth the wait! I am so glad I did not cancel my children’s appointment based on Google reviews! It is completely understandable to have to wait when you go to the doctor/dentist….especially at an office that accommodates so many people! I would seriously recommend Sunnybrook to anyone that asked me about seeing a good dentist! We even have an upcoming orthodontic appointment with them now! Don’t let the Google reviews steer you in the wrong direction! You are able to sit with your child the entire time so if at any time you feel uncomfortable you can stop services and leave, but I really do not feel that will be the case! The staff at Sunnybrook only get 5 stars from me! Thank you for all you did!
I’ve had great experiences with this establishment up until now. My daughter had an appointment that she was 4 minutes late for and they would not see her. The receptionist called me 10 minutes before her appointment to see if I was on my way, but never mentioned that there wasn’t a grace period. I have been almost 15 minutes late before and my daughter was still seen in the past. Not sure why the sudden change but I am highly upset. When asked to speak to someone in management in ortho no one was available. Does anyone know who is over this establishment? Do they have a corporate office?
