Dr. Yashi is exceptional! I went to her for emergency treatment of my son's broken teeth. She is great with kids, has a kid positive office, and her team got us in quickly!

Great experience for my girls’ first dentist visit. Both the dentist and hygienist made my daughters feel very comfortable and made the experience enjoyable for them. They can’t wait to go back and they’re doing a much better job at brushing their teeth already! The office is clean, bright and fun for the kids. They got a goodie bag and a “gold coin” to get a prize at the end and they loved it. The lady at the reception was very nice as well!

My son liked the service, professionalism, friendliness and I loved that they were accommodating my needs and made it easier for him to attend his appointment. Also, they did a great cleaning. He only spent 30 minutes there. He loved that. The place was clean and tidy too.

Dr Yashi and staff were all fantastic. It was our 2 YO son’s first trip to the dentist. They all took care to ensure he felt completely comfortable and make the appointment smooth.

We waited to write a review until we had an additional visit past our first poor visit. We came for our 2 year old check-up, we had been patients since he was 1. We waited for over a half hour in the treatment chair with his nervousness rising, there was no staff around or checking on us, and there were no other patients in the office. When I finally found someone to ask what the delay was, as we were well past our appt time, I was told the Dr. was on a call. For being a pediatric dentist, I'm unclear how this is ok when you have a small child in a chair waiting. Fast forward to our visit this Sept, my husband took our 2 children (2.5 and 1) by himself and had an unfortuante diaper moment that needed a clean up. Staff were not supportive and if anything made him feel incompentent with their comments on how he shouldn't have come alone and how he should have had a stroller, etc. Again, as a pediatric office, how is this ok? There was zero support, just judgement. The final straw was when explaining how our 2 year old is currently eating, if anyone knows 2 year olds, sometimes they're very picky, the response was that none of those foods were good and he shouldn't be offered them. Again, we know and again as a pediatric dentist office, how do you not understand that occassionally best laid plans don't work out and tiny bosses are in charge for periods of time. It was 2 disappointing experiences in a row for us.
