I have been waiting almost 2 months for a spacer for my daughter's back teeth. It's been paid for and I've complained and also have called multiple time over this issue. I either need the receipt and the money back for it and I'll gladly take business elsewhere.You guys call me every week almost 2 to 3 times a week talking about scheduling her for a cleaning when I've already had one scheduled for a long time and recently had her teeth cleaned. What is going on in this office because I've have had nothing but severe and several issues with you guys. The dentist are great with kids but outside of that, you guys definitely need to reevaluate your business or something. I'll also be calling and stopping by every day at this point til I get my daughter's spacer because she needs it before her teeth are messed up. This is ridiculous that I have to go to these lengths just to get her spacer for her teeth when it should of been done over a month ago.

Kool smiles made my grandsons first dental experience not so scary. They were great. Ms.Meagan Kelley was fantastic with him. She made him feel very comfortable, and treated him just as her own. He was not afraid, and actually looking forward to see Ms.Maegan and getting goodies at his second visit. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
