Nobody likes the idea of having a root canal, but I can tell you without a doubt, that BOTH of my root canal experiences with Dr. Wiswall were top notch. The only pain I felt was the initial numbing and several times during the procedure I thought to myself "It can't be this easy," but it was! Dr. Wiswall's staff were incredibly friendly, kind and caring and Dr. Wiswall called me himself the day after to check how I was doing. I would 100% recommend this team to anyone in need of endodontic care and I will be a patient for life! This guy is good!

I've had a LOT of bad experiences with dentists over the years. However, I was recently given a referral to Summit Endodontics by another dental facility. The first person I met upon entering their office was the refreshingly bubbly and friendly Receptionist, Shana, who helped make my day a much more positive one. Then I met the Office Manager, Chasidy, who was very comforting, friendly, and informative, and she helped calm my nerves from being back in yet another dentist's office. Finally, I got to meet Dr. Steven Wiswall who was absolutely professional, informative, and wonderful at his job. He completed my root canal in a quarter of the time another dentist took and without any pain, which I still didn't have even after two days. Dr. Wiswall also personally called me the day after the procedure to ask how I was doing!!! You just don't get that kind of service from just about anyone these days. The services were affordable, quick, and painless, at least for me. Thanks to Dr. Wiswall and his staff for making this my first pain-free dental appointment. I would confidently recommend them to anyone.

When my regular dentist wasn’t fully sure what the issue was for two of my teeth he referred me to Dr. Steve Wiswall. From the moment I walked into their office I was treated so warmly. Shana, the receptionist, greeted me and was so sweet. Chasidy, the office manager and assistant, made me feel very comfortable and was personable talking me through what she was going to do. Dr. Wiswall went over my x-rays and explained that I needed a root canal. I was apprehensive because I’ve had a couple in the past and they were not good experiences to say the least. He explained his procedure and said if, at any time, I was uncomfortable to let him know and he and Chasidy would do what they could to help. Even though it was a root canal, I they calmed my nerves and it went smoothly. Dr. Wiswall called me the next day to check on me and make sure I was doing good! I would definitely recommend Dr. Wiswall!

Needed my son to be seen for an emergency dental issue and Dr. Wiswall and his staff were absolutely amazing! Got us in fast and were so caring and supportive, helping in anyway that they could! Helped to set my mind and my son’s at ease knowing we are in good hands!

At the recommendation of a friend, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Wiswall and Chasity, RDA this week when I needed a root canal. They treated me like family! Excellent service, no pain and even followed up with me the next day to check in on my progress. Very nice, clean and brand new office. Would definitely recommend Dr. Wiswall to my friends and family.

Root canals aren't so bad after all. Thumbs up to Dr Sreven Wiswall and his office manager Chastity. They saved a tooth that was questionable because of decay. Furthermore, they were very compassionate and understanding because I had a very pressing trave timeline being a snowbird in Rapid City. Dr Wiswall is a very hands-on professional that instills confidence by clearly knowing how to do every job in his profession and worked quickly with me even handicapped by a day when he was short staffed. This thoughtful provider even took the time out of a busy day to call me at home the day after to see how I was doing. I was happy to report that because of him, I was having a very good day, totally pain free, and comfortable with his work. He's my go-to guy for endodontics; thorough, skillful, humorous, and very transparent on communication every step in his process. Rock Star. Five Stars!!!
