This is a reply towards S. Browns review as a patient there myself because it’s quite confusing?? I’m sorry you had a frustrating experience, but I don’t think this is a bait-and-switch. The website mentions the $600 as a starting price, which typically means it can vary depending on factors like the tooth’s location, the materials used, or the complexity of your case. It’s not a guarantee that every crown will cost exactly $600. That’s standard for most dental offices. As for the x-rays, many offices require their own imaging for accuracy and liability reasons, even if you’ve had x-rays done elsewhere. While the ADA provides general guidelines, dentists may need updated x-rays to properly assess your treatment. The ADA guidelines are just that—guidelines—not hard rules, and every practice has their own protocols. I understand how disappointing it can feel when expectations don’t align with reality, but I don’t think it’s fair to say they intentionally misled you. It sounds like there may have been a lack of clarity somewhere along the way. Personally, my experience with this office was fantastic. They were upfront about pricing and procedures, and I had no issues. Maybe it’s just about knowing what questions to ask? Either way, I’m happy I didn’t let Yelp reviews scare me off—sounds like I dodged the drama.

This is my first visit and I am very impressed. They were very professional and friendly staff. They were kind and considerate answered all of my questions. I also really appreciate how the the staff all wore masks. I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you so much to everyone for a wonderful experience!

This company is a bait and switch. Their website had a choice of four crowns and prices. I made an appointment and I was told that they had those crowns available. When I arrived, I was told that they didn’t carry any of those crowns and that the only one I could have was $1400. Far cry from the $600 on the website. When I ask about the discrepancies, I was told that they are not responsible for what is on the website and that now this is all they offered. I told the staff I’d already had x-rays and they insisted on doing them again, against the ADA recommendation of 1 every 24 to 36 months. I wasted 3 hours, was exposed to radiation and was charged $50 to be lied too. Check the Yelp reviews. I think their reviews on Google not all real. Yelp is…a 2.2. Had I seen that, I would not have come here. ?

My favorite dental practice I’ve ever been to!! They are very professional, quick to schedule me, very clean and the office is sparkling clean. My father recommended them to me after having his dentures done here. I HIGHLY recommend them! Ashley is a great Hygienist who truly enjoys her job and makes patients feel at ease.
