Sugar Creek Family Dental

I had originally went here from a Google search on my phone desperate for a dentist to see me as soon as possible. I had not been to the dentist in 4/5 years so I had some build up on my teeth as well as other concerns. I have always been anxious to go to the dentist especially because I had a bad experience at a different place. When I arrived I liked that the office smelled clean and fresh and not like medical equipment. I was taken to do x rays / etc, then taken to the room to get started on what I thought would be a regular cleaning. Since so much time had passed my technician Kim, said to me that I needed a more in depth cleaning which involved under the gum line work. I was so nervous and anxious, but she was so reassuring and helped me by being gentle yet effective at treating my mouth and ensuring I would have my beautiful white smile back. She gave me plenty of breaks. After being in the room with Kim for 2 and a half hours I was done. It was so comforting having Kim there and honestly I couldn’t have done it without her. Next was time to pay, since I was out of pocket with no insurance I was nervous but I got the new patient special and the pricing was so wonderful and even though my total ended up being a little bit more than originally quoted (regular cleaning) I didn’t even care. It was worth every penny to be treated so wonderfully and the reassurance from Kim was so nice. I don’t even care if I have to pay out of pocket I am coming back for Kim! Everyone here was so amazing, from Kim to the ladies at the front and the dentist himself. I 10/10 would recommend!

This was my first visit to Sugar Creek Family Dental. I am very impressed with the friendly staff and the doctors. The office is clean and very modern, with a very relaxed atmosphere. I found a new home!

I can’t say enough great things about this office! I was a new patient dealing with a painful toothache, and they were able to get me in for an emergency appointment right away. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Alex is amazing! He explained every part of the process in detail and made me feel completely at ease. This was by far the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a dentist’s office, and I look forward to coming here for all of my future cleanings. Highly recommend!

Very clean inside and super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Carrie was absolutely amazing and so accommodating and the Dentist was great too! I had 2 teeth pulled and it was quick and painless. Would definitely recommend to any friends or family!

I only have wonderful things to say about Sugar Creek Family Dental. They keep me on schedule for all my appointments through texts and calls. Their facility is top notch in my book. It is clean and cozy and the staff makes you feel at home. They keep you hydrated with complimentary water bottles and coffee. They have all the newest equipment to keep your teeth and gums healthy and clean. They go above and beyond when it comes to hygiene and safety. I enjoy watching the TV mounted to the ceiling so when I'm getting my pearly whites shined I can catch up on a show too. All of their staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They definitely take great care of their patients. They deserve a 10 Star rating!
