Horrible customer service and long long wait for a custom abutment to be made.

If it's possible to give 0 stars I would have! here is why briefly, very unprofessional rep. long wait time on the phone to get any one, and when I say long I mean goes up to 30 min. Delay on custom abutment, you just submit your cas and pray for the best the best would be few weeks.

Our dental office ordered parts from Straumann in January 2022, they charged to my credit card twice for the same charge. I have been calling them for 3 months (called on 3/1/22, 3/11/22, 4/5/22 and 5/5/22) and they are not refunding my money. Please refund my money ASAP.

Been ordering from Straumann for over twenty years, never had a problem, people have always been helpful.

Straumann is a great company to work with-wonderful online store and helpful/friendly staff.
