I am on appointment 3 of many. There has not been one time that I have been treated badly or treated less than great. Dr England has given the upmost respect and does everything he can to make you feel comfortable. His staff is truly amazing as well. I also loved all the calls leading up to my appointments to be sure I was still going to make it. They really helped me achieve what needed to be achieved! Thank you all for the kind interactions, the information and helping me to be comfortable through all of these things I have endured!

I have been going to this dentist for over 30 years and mind you it takes 6 months just to get an appointment, so when an appointment is missed because you forgot about it because it was made 10 months ago and your mom is very sick from liver failure so appointments get missed and for you to just get rid of patients because of missed appointments is the dumbest thing specially when you should value every patient you have, over 30 years I stayed with you even tho I can go somewhere else and be seen so much faster! I still stayed but you get rid of us like you’re so ungrateful! I don’t recommend this dentist and believe me I been known this place since the age of 8!! If you want to be seen a year from your call or be discarded by them then go ahead waste your time!! Now I am stuck with no tooth and have to do the whole procedure over at another dentist! Thanks a lot Dr. England, I guess loyalty doesn’t matter to you!!

I would NOT recommend this dentist. I am only giving 2 starts because the dental assistant there was so kind and reassuring to me. First, I was told I’d be sedated for my wisdom tooth removal and I wasn’t. I was given a twilight and I become fully conscious towards the end of the procedure. Second, I was referred to him by another dentist I was seeing who had him fill 4 cavities I had during the procedure. Once I healed from the surgery, I noticed discomfort in my mouth. My fillings done by England were so high that I couldn’t close my mouth properly and eating was painful. I had to go to another dentist to adjust my bite (not due to their refusal, but mine because I didn’t want to go back). Lastly, I just returned from an appointment at my new dental place and apparently the fillings he did were also too deep and is the reason I’m having sensitivity in 2 of my teeth. Along with this, apparently England and my ex-local dentist both missed several smaller cavities that I had so now I have even more work that needs to be done. Lastly, I also have lingual nerve damage to the lower left side of my mouth. I’m not sure if this is fault of the doctor or not, but 2 months later and I still have no feeling.

My wife had an appointment for 3 weeks. They called me the day before my appointment and said I have to call them and confirm by noon the best day or I will lose it. I didn’t have access to my phone and would have been at my appointment but because I didn’t call and confirm they took my appointment from me. The wife waited 3 weeks with a sore loose tooth only to have them take my appointment away. If someone is late for their appointment then yes take it away and charge missed appointment fee. When I told the office about my problem they didn’t care they looked at it like well we got 1 less person to do today so sorry about your luck. Very unprofessional.

Dr. England and his staff were VERY nice and helpful. I had him pull all of my teeth which were a wreck. He’s a little stingy with pain meds, but I’m healing up pretty good. 👍

The staff ask stereotypical race-related questions. There is no need. And the doctor is very overbearing. Its usually booked up 5 months in advance, so good luck waiting, but I wouldn't go.
