Dr.Geneux was very informative on giving me Options for my Dental work ! And the hygienist Mrs. Helen was very nice and did a great job Cleaning my teeth:, at the__ STERLING CENTER 🌞

My children first appointment and we absolutely loved the super nice and friendly staff, the cleanness of the establishment, and the promptness of service. We were in and out with the best service. My children and I love our new dentist office.

Love Dr. Emile Geneux, but the receptionist is extremely rude. I was called in less than one week before my scheduled appointment that was made in October 2023 that my May 2024 appointment will need to be rescheduled due to staff changing and my appointment would need to be rescheduled until the end of August 2024 after I requested to keep the same appointment time which is 8:00 AM because I have to be at work for 9:00 and they don’t schedule appointments after 4:00 (All of my appointments have been scheduled for this time for three years) the receptionist proceeded to say she don’t have any 8:00 availability until next year (2025, it is currently May of 2024) and that I needed to “pick” a different time to be seen. Unfortunately I will have to “pick” a different hygienist. One reason why I loved Sterling Dental because it’s close to my home and in the past I was able to get in before I am scheduled to work due to my job being in Bossier City. After encountering this dialogue with the receptionist I no longer feel comfortable or welcomed to continue to no longer be a patient here.
