I had the best experience at this office. I haven’t been to the dentist since Covid. I was a little nervous about what they would say. But from the moment I walked in, my fear was put at ease. I had Filled my paperwork out at home, and when I walked in they were ready for me. I didn’t even have a chance to sit down. Melissa the assistant was so kind and friendly. She took some pretty scary photos of my teeth, but she made it super easy. The dentist was super nice and gentle, he took the time to explain all of my treatment. They even offered to do work the same day if I wanted to. I would highly recommend this office.

Worst experience and confusions experience ever had received from a dental office. I made my first appointment and everything was fine went well matter of fact zero issues. I couldn't make it to the second appointment, "single father" I had to pick up my daughter from school as she wasn't feeling well at school school nurse called to get her. I let them know I couldn't make it. I followed up to get a copy of my ex-rays to see my treatment plan and I paid for it as well, simple request that later turn bitter with this office. I got sent a go get service elsewhere notice and remained that there is a $50 late charge as well, not even a chance to reschedule nor a concern for their new customer. Never given a chance but was reminded again with the $50 bill, no last attempt to try to resolve anything, just harsh treatment of take it and leave. I am not one for bad reviews but this takes the cake. I'll gladly pay your $50.00; Respect goes a long way in this town money comes and goes!

I have been going to Dr. Hahn since he opened his practice. There is not a more honest and caring Dentist in town that I would trust with my dental care. When I first started seeing him I lived in Henderson. I have since moved to the NW and will still drive down to his office to see him.

I appreciate several things about this office so much so that I drive from Summerlin to be a patient here. I have had several dental procedures over the years which has exposed me to a variety of dentists. Often offices price gouge in one way or another excessively. I have been pleasantly surprised with the fair and ethical billing I have experienced. Dr. Hahn has a very gentle touch which I appreciate. He is very thorough when explaining possible options. Much more ethical than many other experiences I have had. He clearly articulates needs versus options and gives multiple options. His training allows you to be treated in office for root canals, crowns, and other procedures. Most often you have to coordinate with other oral professionals which is tedious and costly. Their booking system and communication has also been appreciated and pleasant. I appreciate the experience I have had and definitely recommend this practice. Hopefully this helps someone else. Finding a good dentist can be daunting and costly.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Han, at the Galleria Office, for several years. I’ve had a great experience at each of my appointments. Dr Hahn is very professional, knowledgeable and patient. In fact, the whole office staff is very polite and welcoming. The technicians, the hygienists, and those in the front office are always very personable and accommodating. They seem to genuinely care. I sincerely recommend Dr Hahn and his staff.
