Starting Point Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics

10/10. The kindest, friendliest staff. We had a hard time finding a dentist that worked well with my daughter’s needs, and we are so happy we found starting point pediatrics dentistry. They even have a therapy dog to help keep your little ones calm. First time we left the dentist without my daughter in tears. Definitely recommend!!

Pretty frustrated with this office. I made 2 calls around Halloween and the day after to get my 7 year old who is a patient and wears braces in to fix a loose wire that was hurting his cheek. Left 2 messages and no call back. When we purchased the braces (paid in full). They made it seem like getting in to fix issues was easy, that hasn’t been the case. We’ve had 2 instances where we had wire issues and both required at minimum a day wait, with one requiring me to drive all the way to their North office. My 7 year old was in pain so I googled and found another Pediatric Dentist office that offers after hour appointments. I called in and left a VM and received a callback within the hour from the Dr. and owner. He was willing to meet but offered a suggestion of snipping the wire to save the cost of the emergency visit. His solution worked and all of this was resolved in under 2 hours. Very appreciative of that facilities availability to reach out to a family that isn’t a current patient. Seriously has me considering switching pediatric clinics.

Starting point is such an amazing place, the staff from the check in station to the assistants and dentist, and check out were all very pleasant and informative every step of the way. They worked well with my son and I, and I left feeling very confident with the care provided and needed in the future. They answered all of my questions in great detail. Dr. Loseke was who we seen and she was beyond nice and made it very comfortable and welcoming. I highly recommend this place for pediatric dental.

We had a great experience with our 3 year olds first dental appointment. The whole staff was so kind and friendly and made him feel very comfortable.

Very kind hygienists and understanding of my sons' likes and dislikes. The doctor took awhile to see them but that was understandable and she was knowledgeable about my son's chipped tooth.
