Superb customer service. I had Dr. Yang who is a very knowledgeable dentist and she is also great at communication. Large parking lot. The whole appointment was quick and easy. They called before my appointment and asked if I could come later, which worked out with my schedule. Will go back in 6 months for my biannual checkup!

The office is easy to get to and upfront with charges. The staff is accommodating to my husband, who is in a wheelchair. They are kind, helpful, and understanding with his challenges. Dr. Chu is an excellent dentist. My husband is having extensive work done after 30 years of neglect and is not having any problems with the work being performed. I would recommend this dental office.

I've been a patient of Dr. Chu's for 10 years and have never had anything less than wonderful experiences during my appointments, in his office. Both Dr. Chu and his staff have always been friendly, professional, accommodating, and very helpful. If you're looking for an amazing, reliable, and honest dentists office, you'd be doing yourself a disservice if you don't make your next dentist's appointment with Dr. Chu's offiice!

Beware: this place will try to give you pricey dental treatments that you don't need. While in the waiting room, I could hear people complaining about bogus charges and not being able to afford treatment. I go in and they take X-rays, which look good. Then, the dentist looks in my mouth and says that I have a tiny cavity that wasn't visible on the X-ray. I found that very strange since I know my teeth well and haven't had a cavity in over 10 years. They wanted to charge me $$$ for the cavity, plus extra for a deep cleaning for a total cost well over $1,000. Fortunately, I left with just a basic cleaning and no cavity fill, as much as the receptionist tried to convince me that I needed those costly treatments. I knew it was a scam when my mom had her appointment with the same dentist later that same day. Her X-rays looked good, but apparently she ALSO had a small cavity in the same exact place that I did! What are the odds of that?? I had already warned her about my experience before she went in, so luckily she knew that it was a lie. Sure enough, we went to different dentists later, and neither of us had cavities at all. This place tries to get money out of people who can't afford it--I had a dental HMO at the time, but I'm guessing many of their patients don't have insurance at all. I'm glad that I didn't pay what they wanted me to pay for treatments I did not need (apparently the receptionist even commented to my mom that she was impressed with how assertive I was...)
