THE TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, NO GOOD, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, FROM ST. JOHN'S WAITING IN LINE FOR MORE THAN, 40 MINUTES. THE SAME DEAL WITH OR WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT, IT DOESN'T MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE. THE MEDICAL ASSISTANTS FRONT OFFICE HAVE AN EXTREMELY SUPER BAD ATTITUDE AND A HORRIBLE TONE OF VOICE. DEFINITELY, THEY DON'T KNOW OR EVEN KNOWN THE DEFINITION OF AN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Parking will be difficult to find you might have to park a block or two away from the clinic then walk up. They accept medical and medicade. Look I have no insurance so they have what they call a benefit counsoler at the clinic that will help you apply for medcare. I went for HIV prophylaxis Medication they we're non judgemental of my sexual preferences nor the poor choices I have made, they make you feel comfortable. It took about 3 hours from walking in seeing the benefit counselor, then the doctor, and then waiting for the medication from the pharmacy. If you live South of the 105 frwy this clinic is much more convenient then going to the LGBT center in Hollywood. It was all for free thank goodness for all the tax payers out there thank you, I was scared man thank you ? They also have the PrEP medication available, and do all other Std tests as well. Pill organizer included.

Worse clinic i had been. 1- the parking lot is hard to find 2- they make u wait to long. 3- when you try to make an appointment they never had one, you have to wait 1 to 3 moths to get an appointment 4- they never answer the calls 5- the front desk people are verry rude. If u got there 4min late they cancel your appointment and said you have to make another appointment. They don't understand that it's very hard to find a parking.

Arrived at the pharmacy at 3:26pm and was told they close at 3:30pm and they won’t be able to help me because they’re handing out COVID vaccines. I tell them I’m picking up my mom’s prescription (who’s recovering from COVID herself and NEEDS her medicine). They refuse to help me and I plead for help but they won’t budge. Completely unacceptable behavior on their part. It’s despicable that they won’t help a person with COVID and desperately needs her inhaler.

Went here for dental care for emergency purposes. The technician cut the inside of my mouth so bad during x rays. When I got back to my car I was spitting blood. It’s now been 4 days and the roof of my mouth and back of my tongue are still swollen and in so much pain. It’s hard to swallow and chew good. Worst dentist experience ever. Also noticed some don’t swap gloves in between patients which is really gross especially right now during Covid.
