Best experience all around!! I’ve had 3 kids in braces and myself and all of us went through Dr. Spilsbury except my eldest child. His prices are what they should be for treatment and each child has been very different. My teeth and my kids teeth look wonderful and we didn’t break the bank. The office staff is easy to work with and appointments are easy and convenient to schedule. The world needs more experts who care as much as he does.

Dr. Spilsbury is the BEST!! & He has been the best for over 25 yrs.! Great work! Great personality! Great office! And he always cares about his clients! I am so lucky to have been a patient of his and I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting perfectly aligned teeth! :)

My 18 years experience at my orthodontist has been wonderful! Dr. Spilsbury Is an amazing orthodontist He is like part of my family, he had the opportunity to do braces for myself and two of my daughters and next year since my baby girl may need to redo her treatment she may get her opportunity to have Dr. spilsbury as her Orthodontist since we moved out of Nevada to California. I still travel from California to Las Vegas because of his greatness. Additionally, the staff are great!

Dr Spilsbury fixed 4 of my kids’ teeth plus mine. I had braces previously but they never really fixed my teeth. Dr Spilsbury goes the extra mile to make your smile perfect. I highly recommend him to others.

Spilsbury Orthodontics have provided satisfactory high quality care to my family. My oldest son had teeth that protruded out and were spread apart. I often felt like I could stick a finger between each tooth because the spaces were huge. My daughters teeth were crowded with bucked teeth and she had a habit of smiling with her mouth shut or covering her mouth with her hands to smile. My youngest sons teeth had a combination of things gone wrong. I thought to myself, how awful it was to go through life without a perfect smile. Every child deserves to show their pearly whites without hesitation. I decided I needed to do more for my children so I ended up in the hands of Spilsbury Orthodontics!!! Dr. Spilsbury and his amazing team have miracle hands, warm hearts, high standards, and they aim to please! Because of the excellent work and satisfactory outcome I too became a patient at Spilsbury Ortho. My journey was quite long but we are finally nearing the end. The progress that I see thus far is amazing and although I have this great love affair with my braces, its time for us to part!! I will miss my braces but I will never forget Dr. Spilsbury and his wonderful staff. At Spilsbury Orthodontics your journey will be worth the while!!!! Thanks for all the many years of great service.
