My child was told he wouldn’t be seen, was less than 5 minutes late for the appointment, was told there was a balance, shortly after found out there wasn’t a balance at all, there was an issue in the operating/procedure room, not to mention there was an almost 2 hours wait. If you ever have to reschedule an appointment, you may have to wait months for a new appointment. Years ago, the staff seemed nicer, more courteous and accommodating to children. Now it feels very uninviting. Highly would not recommend this place.
