The whole Spartan team and My lead Dr Erica Pino are excellent!! They are very caring and gentle. I appreciate all that they do to make me feel safe and comfortable. I have to mention the two team technicians: Melissa and Beth they are so professional and super friendly!! I am so very happy to have found this special dental office, Spartan Dental; and I'm sure you will too!!! Victor.

At my annual cleaning appointment, office staff were friendly and very professional. Hygienist ( Kyla) was gentle, friendly, professional and explained everything she was doing in detail. The best cleaning I have had. Excellent experience! Thank you!!

Amazing staff I had my teeth cleaned with no pain and was quick. Dentist has a great plan to fix my smile. Very impressed with my first visit.

The is friendly and welcoming. The hygienists did a great job and were quick. Dr. Erika was friendly, knowledgeable and flexible with scheduling.

First let me say that I work in the healthcare field so I undestand the rewards of dealing with kind patient. and the frustration when dealing with unkind patients. For this reasonm, I do out of my way to be as kind to the staff and understanding as possible. That said, shame on the dentists and the office manager for this practice. I took my mom 88 yo Mom to see Dr. Pino on 7-11-24 because she needed a cleaning. Dr. Pino said she had a potential abcess and needed to remove the tooth before she would clear her to start chemo. They could not get my mom back in for the extraction until 7-24-24. At the 7-24 appointment they took an $82.60 copayment for the extraction followed by Dr. Konicov stating there was no abcess. Also, he said he wouldn't remove the tooth in the office anyway since it had a curved root; he would send her to an oral surgeon. They not only delayed my mom's chemo for no reason, the did nothing for my mom at the 7/24/24 appointment and are refusing to refund her copayment of $82.60. I have called serveral times in the last 4 weeks and the office staff has been very nice but unable to help. I am told it is up to the office manager. I left the office manager a message on 8/26/24 requesting an update on the refund with no reply. I just filed a grievance with Delta Dental and I will be filing a grievance with the State Dental Board as well. But there is no excuse for this. So once again, I am extremely dissapointed in the dentists and shame on the office manager for Spartan Dental of Cranston!!

Finally I have been able to find great dental care, Dr. Pino and Beth are both fantastic, best care I have had in years. The dental work I had done was so careful done, with no pain and they took time to carefully explain the procedure. The technology they have is amazing, I am still amazed after seeing a photo perfect 3D rendering of my teeth that later became a crown. I truly recommend them, everyone at Spartan Dental are fantastic, knowledgeable and very nice. Thank you for fixing my smile 🙂
