The staff, dentist, and dental hygienist were all very helpful, courteous, and educated me on all my options. My wait time was short and they made me feel at ease. Getting over my fear of the dentist was easy. Thank you all at Southwest Family Dental. I will get back on my floss regime I promise ?

My entire experience was great. From the moment I stepped in through the doors it was a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. I had to have 2 teeth extracted and I must be honest, I had very high anxiety. However, I was numbed perfectly and the dentist herself was reassuring as was her hygienist. I had the expected aches after the extractions and was extremely pleased that the pain was minimal to none in the following days. I highly recommend this dentist and her staff.

The woman Amanda who works there is a mean and dishonest woman. I was told explicitly by Jen that I could reschedule due to being sick with a fever and received a threat from Amanda that if I don't come in at the exact time, then they would not accept me as a patient anymore AFTER I ALREADY PAID THEM for their services. This came DANGEROUSLY close to being another lawsuit for a local business. Not to mention she ignored my calls when I asked to speak to management. Don't let this girl bully you, and if she does, access dental accepts the same insurance AND has payment plans

Great staff! Everyone is very friendly. We finally found a dentist who listens and takes time to answer any and every question we had.

Great work on getting the infected tooth out, however when I asked for my teeth to keep, you told me it needed to be for religious purposes. When i mentioned that I was wiccan, you still refused. That is discrimination. When I tell you I want my tooth, you WILL give it to me. This will not be up for debate. And if you refuse me my teeth on basis of religion again, I will sue the crap out your practice so fast, your teeth will hurt. Other than that complaint, you did great on the extraction. ☺️ Thanks!

I called 11/4 to have a teeth cleaning. Was given an appointment for today. I was surprised that all I had was an x-ray. When I asked why I wasn’t having my teeth cleaned I was told the dental hygienist wasn’t available today and wasn’t full-time. Receptionist told me she would call me when he had an availability. Wondering why the person that booked my appointment didn’t understand why I was making an appointment. It certainly wasn’t just for an X-ray. I also had a difficult time of understanding her due to her accent.
