I called 11/4 to have a teeth cleaning. Was given an appointment for today. I was surprised that all I had was an x-ray. When I asked why I wasn’t having my teeth cleaned I was told the dental hygienist wasn’t available today and wasn’t full-time. Receptionist told me she would call me when he had an availability. Wondering why the person that booked my appointment didn’t understand why I was making an appointment. It certainly wasn’t just for an X-ray. I also had a difficult time of understanding her due to her accent.
