My wife, Kim, had a root canal yesterday. She said it was the best root canal she has ever had (yes, she's had several)! Dr. Harmon and Nikki were fantastic. They talked during the procedure which made her very comfortable vs total silence. Dr. Harmon explained every detail as she was working on Kim's tooth. Nikki was so patient and compassionate with Kim's nervousness. She even brought her a blanket to keep her warm. They constantly asked if she was ok. Dr. Harman didn't want her in any pain! She would highly recommend Dr. Harman and Nikki!

10 out of 10 recommend. I have had 3 root canals done by Dr. Gerard and he was phenomenal! And today my little had to have a root canal done as well unfortunately but we were blessed to have Dr. Harmon, Katelyn and even a young lady Nikki. My daughter is 9 years old and was terrified of the procedure. Dr.Harmon broke everything down for her step by step talked to her the whole time and showed her every tool and what they did as she went along, let her even pick the radio station to Taylor swift while she did the procedure, whenever she said she could feel pain she stopped and handled my littles breakdowns through the process so well and I genuinely felt like she had her child in mind while taking care of mine. Her and her assistant Katelyn were so patient and kind and even Nikki another young lady stepped in multiple times to make sure we were ok as well. I don’t think we would have made it through the procedure and able to save my daughter’s tooth without them and I am forever grateful! Thank you all.

I had a root canal performed on June 25, 2024 by Dr. Harmon and Nikki. I was a bundle of nerves and anxiety. Dr. Harmon and Nikki both explained everything to me and calmed me on down. The procedure was painless and they were finished in no time. The ladies at the front desk were also very nice, friendly and helpful and I appreciate every one of you for helping me! I HIGHLY recommend Southside Endodontics!! I wish it allowed to give more than 5 stars because you all deserve more!! Thank you all!!

I had an infection under a crown and was amazed being a new patient was seen that same afternoon 6-27-24. When Nikki took me back, she explained things in a very caring manner. When Dr. Harmon introduced herself & explained the procedure, I knew she was compassionate about her patients & work. Dr. Harmon & Nikki kept me informed and made sure I was ok through the whole procedure. I know those calcified roots had to be challenging. Dr. Harmon and her assistant Katelyn were exceptional during my procedure. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease. The procedure was quick and straight to the point. Very great customer service. I highly recommend.
