Excellent service. All the staff were polite and friendly. The technology was up to date. X-Ray process was the easiest and least discomfort than I had ever had. The procedure was quick, well done, and pain-free. The pricing reasonable and billing clear. I asked for a plan of action going forward to help fix issues. It was presented clearly and logically. I look forward to my next visit.

Front desk girls very friendly. Minimal.wait time . Dr Haffner It's very thorough and polite. Hygienist are gentle The exam rooms are very clean. Although there are many things going on in the office it is still very quite atmosphere.

The entire staff is very personable, caring and professional. From the time you walk in the door until you leave, they are there to help you keep that beautiful smile!!

My first visit with Dr. Haffner at Southridge Dental was exceptional! After a less than professional ordeal with another dental office last year, I was pleasantly surprised at the prompt attention by this team. Although I still have a couple of appointments in the future, today's visit was very promising. I felt HEARD! My complaint IS being addressed. And I couldn't be happier with the staff and convenient location.
