Southern Maine Pediatric Dentistry

My kids and I have had the very best experiences at this practice. Everyone is kind, polite and extremely caring of my kids. We’ve had to make some big dental decisions and I’ve felt respected and heard in every decision along the way! Highly recommend this practice and its people.

This place was recommended by our pediatrician and it’s been a fantastic experience. Even with kind and considerate dentists in the past (we moved from out of state) my kids would be nervous and squirmy. They LOVE going to the dentist here. Southern Maine Pediatric is entirely set up for kids. They know their audience. It is a true delight. I get all my questions answered, I feel the appointments are thorough, and my kids have a blast. We’ve only had cleanings and standard x rays so far so this has been our experience of standard care.

We had a wonderful 1st dental encounter with Dr. Pray! He was so gentle and good with the kids. Although we are veterans when it comes to being in the dental chair it can always be a bit anxiety inducing, but we had little to none this time! We are so glad we found them!

The hygienists in particular do a wonderful job making my daughter feel comfortable. They don't push her to open her mouth or poke at her teeth until they've warmed her up. They make the whole experience comfortable and nurturing.

Each visit has been wonderful! They are great with the kids, engaging with the parent's, and overall clean and cute! Would highly recommend them!!

We had a great experience at Southern Maine Pediatric Dentistry. It was my sons first dentist appointment and the entire staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more inviting. They let him hold a stuffed animal the whole time and did such a great job with explaining what was going on for him. He definitely loved the jungle theme in the waiting area and patient room too! So happy we found this practice.
