The best dentist group ever! Two visits so far and they're so amazingly kind and patient and work with you to make sure you are comfortable as well. Dreaded having a deeper cleaning but the care I got to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain was so appreciated. I suffer from anxiety and they made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Plus I honestly felt embarrassed about how bad I let my teeth go, yet their staff never once made me feel bad about It, that's genuine care. Thank y'all for what you do and know you'll be in amazing hands if you come to them for care! Dr. Morgan and Yen are so patient and caring, can't recommend them enough, Yen especially for making my visit as anxious free as possible!!!!

Alyssa, Becca and Dr. Morgan were all great. I did not appreciate being told about paying half and then half when they finish the work and when leaving being told no you need to pay half now and the 2nd half tomorrow when you return and then AFTER she runs my card for the 1st half of the work to start tomorrow she says oh and I added the fee for today. Not cool. I would have used a different card for the smaller amount and would have appreciated the 24 hours to best determine how I wanted to pay for the work that hadn't even started.

Not happy with this business! I put over 200$ down to make an appointment for a root canal and had to cancel which I did the week before and now it’s 4 weeks later and I still haven’t received a refund! They keep giving me the run around telling me they have to issue me a check even though I paid with a debit card. Then the dentist is on vacation then the accounting dept has to print the checks then the dentist has to sign the checks they just continually lie and brush me off. I’ve filed a complaint with my bank. I really hope one day I get my moneyback cause I’m disabled and on a fixed income and really need my money! I plan on filing a complaint with the better business bureau as well. What they are doing is wrong!!!

Every single person I came in contact with was such a pleasure. They were all so personable. They made me feel so comfortable even when the thought of the dentist makes me so apprehensive. This was my first visit so I had a comprehensive exam done. Dr Williams was so thorough and explained everything clearly. He also addressed all my questions with a pleasant demeanor. I was also almost able to get EVERYTHING (cleaning, X-rays, exam and filling) done all in one shot. Unfortunately I couldn’t get the filling done same day due to my personal al schedule. But I’m going back in 3 days to get it done ! They are so easy to communicate with.

I absolutely appreciate and love Dr. Williams and all of the staff at Southern Magnolia Smiles. They are all so very kind and helpful. I am thankful to have found this wonderful dental group.
