This office is unique. It feels like a family from the moment you enter. The receptionist was kind and helpful. Lisa and Mary Lee were experienced, knowledgeable, and informative. Dr. Swope explained things well. They all gave enough information to put me at ease. I would totally recommend Southern Indiana Oral Surgery. They're the best!

I was scheduled several times to have a tooth extracted but the first two times my BP spiked and he had me reschedule. Dr Swope gave me a prescription to calm my anxiety. The entire experience was very positive. I was very groggy but was aware of how they handled me. The assistant held my face. I felt no pull and very minor pain when he had to numb me so deeply. I am recovering very well and went about my many activities the following day with some vague soreness. I am eating well, etc. I would recommend Dr. Swope to everyone! Thank you.

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted yesterday. From the time I walked in and walked out. Everyone was very polite and always had a smile on their face. Dr. Swope was phenomenal and he explained the procedure very throughly. He did an amazing job and everything went smoothly. I could not recommend this place enough!! If you need any Oral Surgery done. Do yourself a favor and please go here. You won’t regret it ! 5/5 stars ⭐️

Had a amazing experience!! not really happy to go to the oral surgeon, from the time we walked in the door it was a great experience, Mistie, Sarah, Leah are the best making it a great day, Dr. Swope is the best he gave explanation every step of the way, the procedure went amazing and he's very quick and gentle. We would definitely go back.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I’m so impressed by this place it’s a must. I called to have all four of my daughters wisdom teeth removed and the lady on the phone was amazing she got us in fast. After meeting the dentist we knew this was the place, he was very nice and professional, he really made us comfortable. All the nurses was friendly but nurse Lisa really goes above and beyond to make sure your comfortable, my daughter is not a easy patient cause she is terrified of needles but with nurse Lisa and the amazing dentist her fear went away, I would recommend this dentist and there staff, your in good hands with these people, they care about there patients. I was a patient there about 2 years ago I finally gave in on getting my wisdom teeth pulled. I’ve never had pain anywhere in my teeth but my wisdom teeth. I keep up with my teeth I am a younger adult that needed this surgery done I was in pain a lot. Everything went calmingly well with iv and laughing gas all that fun stuff. I do remember not being sent home with no ice pack and just very little gauze they supply you with. My biggest issue is the healing process. Just getting my teeth pulled the pain was brutal for me and I have a very good pain tolerance. I could say my appendicitis surgery was far easier to recover after having extra scar tissue and my appendix removed. After the the bleeding stopped I still had a lot of pain which is normal. But what wasn’t normal is that I didn’t realize the doctors cracked my mullers attempting to get my other teeth removed. I have never had a cracked tooth and would recognize a jagged or shard edge on my teeth! Now stupid me young adult didn’t make the phone I call I should’ve done and sued you guys. My mullers hurt everyday bc they’re all messed now.
