South Springs Dental Group

I had a great experience at South Springs Dental Group. Everyone was extremely nice and professional. I hope I don’t get their names wrong, but Serena, Megan, and Jerry were absolutely fabulous. Going to the dentist can be nerve wracking, but they all made me feel super comfortable. Dr Frazier was also great. She’s super knowledgeable and made a point to explain everything to me in order to come up with the best plan for my dental care. I would highly recommend them!

I started with South Springs Dental recently based on the location and reviews. I could not be more happy even excited to go the the dentist. The entire staff is very warm and welcoming. All of the work I've had done so far has been pain free and that's including a few shots in the mouth. Im also very grateful for how they work with your insurance as much as possible to get you the best price. Highly recommend South Springs Dental.

I visited this dentist recently for a crown on one of my teeth that is visible when I smile. After the crown was placed, it appeared to be OK; however, after several weeks I noticed that the tooth next to it seemed to be shadowed in pictures. My husband also noticed it and asked if my tooth was discolored. I went back to visit Dr. Frazier to ask if the crown had been placed wrong or if there was something that could be done to fix the issue since the new crown was causing a noticeable difference in my smile. She responded defensively and told me that I should have pointed out the difference immediately and offered no solution other than crowning all of my other teeth. She said she advised that I take a selfie and send it to my husband the day she placed the crown (which absolutely didn't happen - that would be absurd) and asked why I didn't go to my car and look at the tooth, come back in and request it be replaced. She offered no support and didn't stand behind her work. She only blamed me and acted unprofessional. I've never been treated so poorly. After talking with her office manager I was able to transfer to a different dentist, who is able to fix the shadowed tooth without crowning the rest of my teeth. I would never recommend Dr. Frazier to anyone and certainly don't believe this is a good way to conduct business. I've never been treated so terribly by a healthcare professional in my life. Dr. Frazier is unethical in my experience.

I absolutely hate going to the dentist. Been scared since I was kid. I know I'm insane for that. But this place. They didn't make fun of me for being scared. They reassured me and constantly checked in to make sure I was doing okay. By far the best clinic I've ever been to. Highly recommend

Really great experience. Fun, caring, and patient staff. I had trouble with a tooth ache the night before, woke up the next day and that same tooth ache was bothering me throughout the morning. It was getting worse by the hour so I called them around 9am and they squeezed me in for an emergency. They took x-rays and figured out the problem. Showed me in the x-rays the issues and explained them clearly. Got my meds that same day. Definitely recommend ?

I enjoy all the time I spend with Dr. F. And her sidekick, also so kind, explaining everything. The same about the young lady who cleaned my teeth. BUT!!! That new guy at the front desk is a mess! Took almost 20 minutes to get my invoice to me, gave me some sass and took a personal phone call on his phone…Why do you have your phone next to you in a receptionist position….THAT BUSINESS PHONE AT THE DESK IS YOUR PHONE WHILE AT YOUR DESK….PERIOD Anyway, I hope that guy isn’t there when I return in December for my implants.
