I want to brag on this office ! It is not too often you can go somewhere and receive a magnificent experience each time ! There is care and respect in each aspect of this office. I want to also highlight that Kayla and Krissy treated my children with gentle care and emotional support with every move they made. I will be back again thank you guys

Fantastic experience for our two kids. Everyone was super friendly and we went back on time. Was convenient that we were able to knock both kids at the same time. Thank y’all so much. My three year old actually wants to go back to the dentist!

Dentist and the hygienist were very nice and knowledgeable. My daughter was always afraid of the dentist and had negative experiences in the past, but here she said she was fine and would be comfortable going back. So we will continue to go here. Even without insurance currently, the price was fair for cleaning, exam, and xray.

This dentist is amazing. The lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. Miracle made my daughter feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Have given me the run around the three times I’ve been in there for my children. Took my insurance the first time but told me the wrong out of pocket pay then told me they would put a credit for some overcharge they gave me but then claimed they never said they would give me the credit when I returned. Second time they had me give my five year old a cap on her tooth that sounded pretty extreme and unnecessary and cost an arm and a leg even with my insurance. Also told me she had another cavity that they should have filled but wanted to wait to see if it would get worse… makes no sense on why they didn’t address it the first visit… Third visit I can to fill said cavity and they told me they no longer take my insurance but didn’t bother telling me until I showed up for the appointment already. Needless to say I’ll never be back to this company again.

Absolutely Amazing!! First time going & I filled out as much as possible online so there was no waiting when we got there. The website is AMAZING and allows you to schedule and reschedule with ease. This chain caters to kids 21 and younger and has a lot of very friendly and kind young employees, perfect to make kids of all ages feel at ease. Alyssa took great care of my daughter and went above and beyond. She treated my older teen daughter like a friend and was super engaging. I saw many young patients being treated and all the employees I saw were very sweet and patient with the younger kids. This awesome place has TVS on the ceiling for kids to watch while being treated, which I had never seen before at private dentists offices. I highly recommend the Gulfport MS SMILES location for kids of all ages!

We have been bringing our kids here for years. The assistant Tomi Jo is incredible!!! She is amazing with our kids, she is patient and knows exactly how to handle kids. She remembers both kids by name and what the spoke of the last visit. We will continue to patronize this office just because of how great Tomi Jo is!!

I have been bringing my kids here for over a year now. We have had to have a tooth extraction from trauma and a couple of fillings done. The people in this facility are absolutely amazing! Not only do they make my kids feel comfortable but make me feel comfortable too. I’m so happy my kids do not have a fear of the dentist like I do and really give most of the credit to how each member of MS Smiles has taken care of my children!

If I could give 19 stars I would. From the moment we walk in the receptionist Reyna is always bubbly, kind and helpful.. Alyssa and Kristi were my daughters Hygienist and both of them were extremely patient and talked my daughters through the whole process made both of my girls comfortable.. The care they gave and give is Genuine.. all of my children are patients there for over 5 years now and the office just keeps getting better. If your child is scared of going to the dentist,. Bring them to South Mississippi smiles.. THEY ARE the BEST ON THIS SIDE OF THE COAST☺️

Visit was super fast and efficient. Staff was professional and super sweet with the kids. Maddie was amazing the extra care she took with my son (3yrs) was above and beyond, making him comfortable during the cleaning. It made going to the dentist a fun experience. This is our new dentist for sure.
