Every trip has been extremely easy going and well informed of my options to keeping my teeth healthy and beautiful. Even when I bring my kids, the staff is so charming and kind to my them, making it easy to bring them for future cleaning...basically earning the trust of a child, so dentist are no longer the bad guy lol. This is how great these guys are. We'll be coming back soon."

The staff members are individually nice people, nobody was rude or mean, it was the overall process that made the experience poor. The biggest issue I had though was that my full range of options were not provided to me. The only option I was given was the one that wasn’t covered by my insurance. Meanwhile I had a second option that was completely covered by my insurance but was not shared with me. I’m more than happy to have a recommendation for a better option, but failing to even let the customer know there is an alternative is disappointing."
