Nov 01, 2024 · Kay ShepDr. Shahabi is gentle , welcoming and his office is beautiful! He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. When being treated by a dentist I want a thorough exam and a gentle cleaning. The service was exceptional, when it came to the insurance process it was seamless. Everything was disclosed upfront the staff checked my plan prior to my visit which is always a plus! Insurance can be a foreign language sometime and when the office staff makes it simple to understand it’s a win win. Thank you for a great visit and an awesome experience! Oh by the way I listened to my favorite artist while my pearly whites were getting shined!

He is very transparent and considerate about the costs. I'm so happy with the results! Also, you will love the meditative music while being treated.

I hadn't gone to the dentist in many years, there was a lot of work to do, but Dr. Shahabi was very efficient in getting my teeth back to good health. He was great at communicating with me what the problems were and what needed to be done, while working with me and being transparent about cost, to make sure that I was getting the most out of my insurance plan. He's got a great friendly attitude, and being a DJ, he always has good music playing to keep you at ease. Now that all the major work is done, I'll be happily coming back to Sound Dental for regular check-ups.
