Sonoran Smile Orthodontics came to our rescue when my daughter encountered an unexpected issue with her braces during our visit from out of town. Victoria, one of their staff members, went above and beyond to assist us. Not only did she ensure my daughter's comfort, but she also provided valuable support until we could return home to address the problem. We are deeply disappointed with our recent visit to Sonoran Smile Orthodontics. Initially, we were promised discounts for a referral and specific insurance when we made our appointment, which ultimately influenced our decision to choose this clinic. However, upon arrival, the assistant acted as though these discounts were never offered, dismissing our inquiries without explanation. The entire appointment was poorly handled by the same assistant who checked us in and out, and who was present throughout the appointment. Despite the details of our visit being clearly explained beforehand and displayed on the large screen in the room, the assistant appeared uninformed and unprepared. They did not review our chart at the beginning or during the appointment and seemed to randomly choose a direction for the appointment, repeatedly ignoring our corrections. It felt rushed and dismissive, with little room for us to speak without being interrupted. The correct course of action was only identified after repetitive clarifications and the involvement of another staff member who took necessary photographs. Furthermore, the waiting room was uncomfortably hot, adding to an already stressful experience. The assistant showed no empathy, focusing solely on securing payment without resolving the promised discount issue. Their lack of consideration was evident when we had to follow up after the appointment, only to be met with an unhelpful response of “I don’t know anything about that” from the same assistant. We never met or spoke with the doctor; all interactions were poorly managed by this inattentive assistant. It feels like we were lured into the clinic with promises that were never intended to be honored. This experience was not only frustrating but also felt like a misleading tactic to secure payment under false pretenses. We advise potential patients to consider these issues seriously when choosing this clinic for their needs.

Sonoran goes above and beyond to make my daughter comfortable! Victoria has been so sweet and patient with her and she loves the new electric oral b toothbrush and app you suggested.
