SoCO Smiles has treated me wonderfully. From the first consult to getting my braces off, along with the aftercare plans; I feel I am at the best place for me! As an adult with a genetic issue affecting my teeth, it was difficult to wrap my head around braces as an option for treatment. Dr. Kofford has been amazing in making me feel comfortable with the process and all of the nuances that come up with my illness. The staff is courteous and professional. All locations are clean and soothing environments. I do not feel as if I am in an orthodontist waiting room. I highly recommend SoCO Smiles!!

The orthodontist thoroughly explained all of my treatment options, allowing me input into my care. The modern technology is unmatched leading to a stress free experience! The finished product, beautiful straight teeth that naturally wants to be smiling. My oldest two daughters are done with their treatment plan and through many visits we always had a kind and friendly experience. My third daughter avoided a major surgery thanks to the work they did at an early age, she is well on her way to her best smile she could have! Thanks for all your work team! I highly recommend!!

I didn’t love my experience getting their in house clear aligners. I spent $6k over the span of a year and ended up paying my remaining $2k off a few months before finishing treatment and that was a big mistake. I feel like as soon as I did that, they were done with me and rushed through my final steps. My permanent retainer for the bottom broke off within a month and they couldn’t get me in for days so my teeth shifted and when I went in I mentioned the concern and they told me if I wanted to shift them back i’d have to pay more. I felt like for $6k they should’ve been more willing to please me and make sure I left their office with straight teeth after treatment. When I got my clear retainers the assistant didn’t do my molds correctly so I had to go back in a second time so my teeth had shifted more. so cool. I feel like I wasted $6k and i’m not happy with my teeth and the clear retainers are such crappy material that I’ve had to replace twice at $180 each. I’ve also been having issues with my bite since doing their clear aligners, to the point where my new dentist had to question what was up with it. my teeth don’t sit evenly at all anymore when i bite down. oh & trying to get an appointment here sucks.

Went in to get a consultation for braces and from start to end, they were amazing and very nice and August. The ladies at the front desk got me checked in fast, and were super nice and patient with me. This office was able to help me find what kind of braces I wanted to get and gave me so much information on what I could get done to help give me the smile I wanted. Nicki was so nice, so thank you very much. She helped me out with so much information, affordable payment plans and was very easy to talk to and seemed like she was so happy to help. Was able to find something I wanted and am so excited to start my braces process with them in august.

My entire experience from calling to ask for an appointment to becoming a patient was phenomenal. I’m new to the area and broke my retainer, I called the office to see what appointment availability was like and was able to be seen and fixed up the same day. I was also able to bring my daughter for a consultation along with me and she was able to start her treatment plan and left the same day with her braces on! From the moment I called until we checked out after our visit, everyone was so warm and welcoming and professional. If you’re looking for an orthodontist that stands above the rest, this is where you want to be. Thank you to the entire team at SoCo smiles!
