I am thankful to have found Snow Family Dental after walking away from a horrible experience with another dental office. As I am new to the area, finding a dental practice is daunting. After being disappointed with the practices of the first office, I began walking into the various locations near my home. I entered Snow Family Dental, and the receptionist was charming, so I made an appointment. Everything went very well. I elected to begin with the services I needed for my oral health. I appreciated that my hygienist (Lily) was knowledgeable and understanding of my needs (so different from my first experience with the other office, which was only interested in selling services rather than performing the service I initially agreed to). Dr. Dallin Snow came in and introduced himself. It was a nice touch. I am happy with their services and thrilled to have a trustworthy practice.
