Smith Smile Orthodontics

I had an appointment scheduled today for a consultation, and I want to share my experience, Unfortunately I arrived 12 minutes late due to unforseen circumstances, Upon arrival, I was informed that I would not be seen and my appointment was canceled. I was quite disappointed and frustrated. I was looking forward to this appointment and have made arrangements to be there. I understand the importance of punctuality, but a bit of flexibility or a warning about the strict policy would have been appreciated. Perhaps a grace period could help prevent such situations in the future.

Dr. Jerry and his staff are awesome! They are very helpful and always cheerful. I had 2 children in braces at the same time and the staff worked with me to get appointments together and optimum pricing for our family. They always get you in if you are having problems and are very thorough. My kids also love it there! The staff is friendly to them and always explains procedures to the kids in terms they will understand. My youngest actually is excited about when it will be his turn to get braces!

Dr. Smith and his staff are amazing! My three children and my husband have all received braces and orthodontic treatment from him. He is a very caring man and always goes above and beyond. His Staff is also the best! Highly recommend!

From our first consultation with Dr. Smith and his staff to now my daughter in braces, they have been fantastic every step of the way. Made it a smooth process both for us parents and our daughter. The Staff is friendly and happy. We are grateful to have these super professionals taking great care of our daughter throughout this entire process. We highly recommend them.

Dr. Jerry and his staff are absolutely wonderful!! I was a patient at Smith Smile Orthodontics for about 2 years and was quite hesitant and nervous to get braces. Dr. Jerry and his team were very accommodating and always super friendly. On a few occasions when I broke brackets, Dr. Jerry fixed my braces outside of office hours. My overall experience with Smith Smile Orthodontics has been amazing. My teeth now look so much better than they did and Dr. Jerry and his staff definitely made sure they did a thorough job. I still receive daily compliments on how nice my teeth are even though it has been 4 years since I have worn braces. Dr. Jerry and his staff at Smith Smile Orthodontics are absolutely fantastic and I definitely recommend their services to anyone who is looking for a better smile. :)
