Smiling Faces Pediatric Dentistry

I was hesitant to write this review as my kids have been going to this clinic for quite sometime but with that said as soon a new Dr took over this place has been disappointing to say the least . I have been canceled 4x and they were due for a follow up 3 months ago. Their excuses have been we are closing at 2pm because there is no dr or the Dr had to leave early , the dr is out for a child and on and on … Very unprofessional to cancel appts in that manner people have to get off work and ask permission to take off a total of 4x has caused it to be hard to get off work for appts now. I understand things happen but they don’t even try to fit you in around a time that the appt was made ,mind you I book appts 6 months in advance to fit work schedule. Dr Lee use to have his practice here before Dr Ashley and the other Dr did and we never had issues when he was here. Definitely do not recommend and I have seen per reviews others agree.

Welcoming environment! Kind workers get prizes for after the check up. Gaming systems and TV for entertainment while waiting. It was our first visit and I am so impressed!! Thank you team members of Smiling Faces!!

I would not recommend using this clinic if you aren’t calling to make sure you don’t have appointments. Apparently we had some appointment’s that were missed that I was un aware of and didn’t receive a reminder call to even inform me of it. I also scheduled an appointment for another child that his parents did not take him and I was held responsible for that missed visit as well. Front Clinical staff is also not professional at all.

I live this place I’ve been taking my kids here since they were babies, I love all the stuff, they always are very and friendly to us.

They didn’t confirm right for the appointment. I made 2 appointments every time but they sent text only for 1 appointment. And the lady in the front is so rude. I never see her before. The person that usually working in the front is nice . I quit from there after 9 years we are with smiling face.

Hygientist has no patience and meets with hostility when asking a question. **is not asd/adhd friendly.

Listen to the other 1 star reviews. The actual dentist and hygienists/assistants are great. Front staff is rude and unprofessional. We won’t be back.
