Dr. Smiley took time out of his busy schedule and made sure throughout my sons entire time he got his root canal done I was informed on what steps they were on .I believe they came and got me three or four different times when my son asked for me. Dr. Smiley explained what he was going to do with immense detail. He also let me know that, my son did such a great job! He let my son know how good of a job that he did and my son is also got ADHD and sometimes people do not have the patience and I just really appreciate Dr. Smiley and his staff we have future appointments with them and I can’t wait to take my kids back. If you have kids teenagers I suggest going to Dr. Smiley he will make sure that you guys have the best experience . My son said he really likes the staff and Dr. Smiley he was very nervous before his appointment but now he is relieved and can’t wait to go back!

Dr. Smiley is an excellent dentist, and takes great care of his patients. Is wonderful with special needs children, my daughter being one of them. She is very comfortable with Dr. Smiley and likes him and his staff very much.

I wouldn’t recommend anybody here what the dentist and assistants done to my friend is unreal they broke her tooth which was fine before the dentist filed it down so during a fill in majority of the assistants don’t speak English so their working on your teeth speaking Spanish and there’s nobody to interpret what their saying I use to hear good things at this place but since doctor smiley only work with Hispanics the service isn’t the same anymore you guys make sure to visit another dentist before going there some dentist only care about the money and not the patient they will over charge you and charge you for services you don’t need on your teeth they will create a problem with your teeth when there wasn’t a problem just to get more money from you oh and they will take care of your expensive procedure first than your easiest procedure they are money hungry

Dr. Smiley is a real one. He was caring, attentive and knowledgeable. I came in pain but he helped get my cavity temporarily filled and get my pain down and manageable until the root canal can be scheduled. He was very empathetic toward a bad situation I experienced with another dentist . He treat you like a human instead of a paycheck. Thank you.

Had a root canal schedule for Monday December 16 at 8am. Never received a follow up call like I was supposed to. When I finally got a hold of them there excuse was " they called and spoke to a man that said I would reschedule " this is not true at all. I checked my call logs and no call came from dr smiley. I am the only one who has access to my phone. So I could have taken the 10 mg xanax that was prescribed for the procedure and arrived on time high as a kite only to be told it was cancelled. No phone call or anything. So make sure not to take any prescription sedatives before your "procedure" if no follow up phone call. I am furious about this because I have to work up a lot of nerve to have a procedure that requires medication before hand. Very upset about lying that they called and spoke to a man who said to reschedule because that did not happen. That is a HIPAA violation. you don't speak to the patient you don't cancel any appointments
