It’s very unfortunate that this is the closest and most convenient dentist for me as I’m currently without a car. It has now been over a year that the dentist there told me to make an appointment to see their orthodontist and every single time I have scheduled the appointment, I show up and they tell me the orthodontist is not there. FOR OVER A YEAR!! It has now also become hell on earth trying to get a simple teeth cleaning from this place. I last got my teeth cleaned there in January, my original next appointment was for July but an emergency came up and I had to cancel it the day before. I wasn’t able to get a new appointment until September, it was supposed to be an exam, cleaning, and the orthodontist. I saw the dentist who told me I needed to get a cavity filled and see the orthodontist, who of course was yet again not there that day even though i specifically asked when making the appointment. Then I was left alone for 30 mins, while I assumed I was waiting for the hygienist. Finally a woman form the front came back and apologized saying she forgot I was there. I told her I was waiting for my cleaning and she informed me there was no hygienist. Again I had specifically made this appointment for those 3 things and not only did I not get 2 of those things done but I was left waiting for no reason, forgotten about. She apologized and we rescheduled the appointment, somehow they had one within a few weeks whereas every other time I’ve had to wait months so I was very happy. I stressed that it had to be for the filling, the cleaning, and the orthodontist. I’m sure you can guess what happened next, I show up and no hygienist or orthodontist so I only got the filling. We yet again rescheduled my cleaning, at this point I’ve given up on the orthodontist because it seems those appointments are completely fictional. They didn’t have anything available until November, at the time I did not have my work schedule that far out so I had to take a stab in the dark scheduling it, and of course wound up having to reschedule when I found out I did have work that day. I told them the issue I have with scheduling so far out as I only get my work schedule 1-2 weeks before the month starts. Unfortunately the only appointment they had was the middle of December so I made the appointment and prayed I wouldn’t have work. Well I just got that schedule and wouldn’t you know it, I do. I called again to reschedule and they informed me they don’t have appointments until February. At this point it will have been a year since my last cleaning, and well over a year since I’ve been attempting to see the orthodontist. I work in the medical field and I am absolutely astonished with how awful the scheduling and patient service is at this place. Everyone who works there is very kind and professional, and I love the convenience of going there as it is a 5 minute walk from my house. But they make it hell on earth trying to get anything done! I think I will officially have to find a new dentist, which is very annoying due to the convenience of the location. I truly think this location needs a major overhaul of some sort because the difficulty they inflict on their patients is absurd!!
