I had a great experience at Smile Today Dental. They always made sure my needs were met, and if I needed anything fixed or done, they would take care of it for me. Throughout my two-year braces journey, I didn't encounter many problems. The only issues I had was with a few workers who I felt needed more training for their jobs. They didn't seem very professional. However, most of the workers there are great and feel very professional to me. Another issue was the waiting time, it does take quite a while for them to call you in but I get they are very busy. I would very much recommend this place to anyone I know who is in need of braces for sure.

I'm not going to mention names but what I can say is I did a tooth filling and the doctor's assistant hurt my saliva glands while suctioning my drooling she was not paying attention to my filling procedure talking intensively about other matters , also they did other dental work that the material used is so uncomfortable and cheap materials I didn't last not even 24 hours with it I had to take it off . It was really a bad experience for me and the doctor and surgeon gave me their cold attitude when I explained my concerns. Guys don't put your dentures on their hands you will regret it.

Made an appointment, did not give insurance info because we wanted the free consultation to see how much it would be out if pocket without insurance for braces. We arrived for our appointment early. The receptionist asked if my partner had insurance, she told them she just got her Medicaid. She was then told she'd have to reschedule because the insurance wasn't showing up. On the website, it stated insurance wasn't required. I told them we didn't list anything on purpose, we want out of pocket cost without insurance. She still said we had to reschedule. We received a text today saying we MISSED our appointment. I called and I told them to remove our info because they will not be considered again. She tried talking over me and then just said okay in a very happy tone. This tells me they don't care about people. They don't listen to people. Even of insurance will pay for it, we will not be using this office.

First I would like to say Miguel and Vaughn are Beyond Amazing!!! They are such a pleasure and make the dental experience better. Their professionalism and expertise is greatly appreciated! However, I have one suggestion for the front office. If appointment times unexpectedly change, as a courtesy please contact the patient to let them know. They might have another appointment or errand to attend and they might need to rearrange their schedule.

Thanks for answering about the updates. You said updates were necessary every 6 months. I told the office my info is EXACTLY the same. Therefore no update is needed. Updates are for when things change. Why can't you understand this? Don't make the patient do unnecessary work. Please mail me gas money and soft toothbrushes for my time wasted.

EDIT: “We also offered you a payment plan” is incorrect. A payment plan was never offered. You offered me to use financing as an option. Not a payment plan. “And to be clear, the amount you mentioned in your review is incorrect” I was given a business card with the amount written on it as I was told the number is “easy to remember” when asking for an itemization. “You mentioned that you have previously declined treatment at another dental office.” I never mentioned I had declined treatment elsewhere. I stated I did not go back to another office. Called about a new patient visit and was told I could be seen in twenty minutes. I waited for an hour before being seen. After taking me back I sat in a chair for almost twenty minutes before X-rays. Then they wanted $1,308 for a filling, root canal, and crown after insurance. They were not willing to work with me. I stated to only do the cleaning and I will see what I can do for the rest. Then, I was told a deep cleaning would need to be done instead and they wanted $285 for that. Needless to say I sat there for two hours and had nothing done besides X-rays. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Now you are not only damaging my saliva glands and did a poor job on my partials but you are also calling me a lier?... So you know the blist on my saliva gland started to bother me when you brought me to your office not two not three but four times to fit the partials on me something that should of had been corrected on the second time , there goes your four and a half weeks , When the assistant hurt my saliva gland I did jump I did complained but she was too busy chatting with the dentist about their personal life not paying attention where she placing the suction tube.. I never made a big deal out of this before the person helping me trying my partials told me that I shouldn't wear the partials untill it is look at by a surgeon referring me to a surgeon office, You will hear from
