Smiles on Randolph

Absolutely incredible facility, staff, and care. My experience was seamless and state of the art. From the medical professionals to the front desk employee- everyone had a smile on their face and genuinely cared about me. All questions I had were answered extremely thoroughly and with such patience. If you want to feel confident in your health and appearance- look no further!

I had a wonderful experience! I have bad anxiety so usually going to the dentist makes me a lot more anxious but from the moment I walked in everyone was so friendly and both Dr. Sim and Dr. Otto and all the staff were amazing and made me feel very comfortable. The facility is very nice and modern and I really appreciate the staff that works with insurance and takes the time to review your benefits with you. I will definitely continue going there and now my husband is going to start going there as well!

This was my first visit to Smiles on Randolph. The experience was amazing from the time I walked in. It’s a beautiful place. What can I say? Dr Sims keeps you occupied while he works, making sure at all times that he is not hurting you. The prep team was amazing as well, they make sure you are comfortable while they prepare you for your procedure. Overall I was very pleased with my visit. I definitely would recommend Smiles on Randolph.

My experience was amazing. Caroline and Adrian made me feel so welcomed!! From the moment they walked me to the back I felt nothing but good energy! Conversation rules the nation!! My experience was 10 out of 10! I can’t wait for my next visit just to see those two! ❤️ everyone else also had good energy! You guys are the BEST!

The staff is all wonderful including the doctor. My hygienist was super personable and explained everything so great. I was very nervous to get my dental work done but everyone did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable the entire time.
