Dr. Chan has been my dentist my entire life, and I always feel well taken care of here. The team is incredibly patient, making sure I’m comfortable at every visit. Thank you for always keeping my teeth healthy and clean—I know I’m always in good hands here!

Dr. Len Chan was amazing today, i had forgotten about eye appt just 40 minutes after my dental appt, he was able to complete my filling and get me out in plenty of time for my next appt. He is so gentle even with no freezing Thank you so much!

I just wanted to say thank you for the exceptional care I received from Dr. Ken Chan, his assistant, and the whole team on April 19th. I was in a lot of discomfort and unable to eat from one side of my mouth. What was especially troubling was that I had a flight booked in a few days. The team were able to squeeze me in and Dr. Chan and his team identified I had cracked a tooth. They were very good at telling me what steps would be done in order to make the repair and cautioned that it was a delicate procedure with likely some discomfort during and afterwards. Dr. Chan was very careful and thorough. I felt very little discomfort during the procedure and they effectively eliminated all infection and did a masterful job in repairing the tooth. In fact, I had very little discomfort afterwards and am pleased that everything has gone very well since. I have worked with other dentists in the past with varying degrees of satisfaction. I have been very pleased with all of the visits I have had and genuinely feel that the office has my best interest at heart and have never tried to sell me unnecessary procedures. They would certainly et a ringing endorsement from me. Thank You again. Sincerely, Ron Cote

While local freezing was done well at the 1st visit for a root canal on a problem molar, the subsequent 2 other visits were horribly painful. Rushed through the final treatment and I have been battling an infection ever since! Most recently had a big chunk of tooth crack off due to Dr Chan, L. leaving the old amalgam filled area of the molar he did the root canal on, instead of cleaning and treating the whole tooth so as to avoid further problems, such as decay! I would not recommend this office that does not take responsibility for their mistakes and has proven to lack any caring for the pain and suffering their lack of proper treatment has caused. ... Update... I had to have the molar that Kenneth Chan worked on extracted! The initial problem, continued well after treatment! They did not keep their word and I would not recommend their services due to this tooth causing me continuous pain and suffering! If a tooth cannot be treated in a way that alleviates the underlying problem, then you should not be charging for your service since you were unsuccessful at resolving the issue!

They said insurance would cover my bill at the front desk, then called weeks later saying I owed $700+. Also left me alone while I was having a reaction to the numbing injection to the point it wore off by the time they got back.
