I have to say I was so comfortable.. and you should know I am terrified of going to the dentist and for the first time in a long time, I felt so welcomed and cared for. Dr. Lin is an excellent dentist, our entire family are established patients at Smiles of Round Lake. We always have a very pleasant experience with Dr. Lin and his staff. A few years back, my daughter had a bad experience at local pediatric dentist and was very anxious about her first appointment and any procedure, but Dr. Lin was very patient with her and spend a lot of time trying to calm her down, the staff was very helpful and kind and always available to help. Dr. Lin takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice, he’s the first dentist who paused to ask if anything hurt and it was the first time we experienced totally pain-free dentistry. We’re so blessed to have found Dr. Lin! It's not easy to find a good dentist for the entire family specially for your kids, we highly recommend Dr. Lin and his staff for your family.

I had a tooth filling today and as usually it was a pleasant experience . Dr Lin always make sure that you are comfortable and his ways and how he work with his hands is always gentle and no pain at all. also I set a schedule with my special needs son, he and his crew are professionals and know how to make things comfortable and less anxious with my son. they are compassionate and get things done with ease.
