I went to a big dental chain originally and was given a very unobtainable price to fix my teeth. Feeling defeated and discouraged I called around and found smiles. They did my evaluation and we're 1/4 the price of the other place and so far have done a exceptional job. Their stage is friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend anyone with dental needs to use this establishment

2 minute wait. Best service you'll ever get. Finally time for new dentures. Cost a little more than these Dentures in 1 day? Been there and wish I had paid a few dollars more. Worth every cent. Other places will charge you for a touchup on fitting when you come back. Not Smiles you simply will be happy with the entire staff. Thanks and my new dentures never fit better!

I recently visited the office and had an excellent experience! The hygienist Patricia did an amazing cleaning of my teeth, with great care and attention to detail. She was extremely professional, kind and made me feel at ease throughout the procedure. The environment is very clean and welcoming, and the entire staff was super attentive. I highly recommend the office and especially Patricia's work!

So happy I found this dentist office!! This location is easy to get in and out of with spacious parking lot, clean office, bi-lingual staff, flexible scheduling, and affordable pricing with payment plans. Secondly, I have to shout out the staff. Viviana, my favorite dental hygienist, I was so thankful and happy to see you the first day I came in. You are a beautiful soul, patient with me, and make me so comfortable and I feel like you are a friend Ive had for years, I love seeing and talking to you! Dr. Orta is a dental magician and very educated. She answers all my questions and gives me the best and most affordable solutions, I appreciate you! And the girls up front, Gabi & Kristina, at reception have to be the reason they named the office “Smiles” because I am greeted with that every time I come in and they are great at handling communication and scheduling. Side note, I notice this being a wax specialist, I wanted to compliment everyone in that office has amazing eyebrows! Thank you all, keep up the amazing work!

I was able to get an appointment right away. All the front desk staff were very friendly. The dentist and hygienist were very gentle and compassionate with my dental issue. We discussed all my options, and helped me decide on the best actions to take for my treatment plan. I am extremely grateful for the entire team!

Dr. Nelson is great. Provides objective evidence (pictures) of what needs to be done - in my case a crown replacement which isn’t cheap but is clearly necessary based on the photos he took in my mouth!!Doesn’t sell you you things your teeth don’t need, and has a “watch list” for things you don’t need now but may in the future. Great “chair-side” manner!!

My hygienist is Michelle and she is terrific. She's thorough, professional, has a nice touch and explains everything she's doing. My only concern is the complete changeover of staff since the takeover by Smiles. So far, the new staff seem to be very nice. However, the new doctor I really liked moved to a different location within the company. I've seen 3 dentists in NJ in my entire adult life, and now I've seen 2 docs in 2 years. I'd like to see some stability from Smiles!!
