The staff was pleasant and Dr Wells did an excellent job of explaining what I could expect and whether I needed treatments or not. He was also considerate of my needs and very kind. I would recommend Smiles Forever based on my initial assessment.

Worst experience at an orthodontist I have ever had. From appointment help to billing to keeping their word about getting the braces off, all has been a terrible experience. We will definitely find another practice going forward.

Everyone was so friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy their job. It was clean and comfortable. Everything was explained to me thoroughly but in an easy to understand way! And it was very cost effective. I went ahead and started a plan same day!

Shout out to Dr G. and especially Rachel (14 years) for going above and beyond for the patient. They take the time to explain thoroughly what to expect and what are the next steps. Not everyone has experience with teeth and especially getting braces later in life this has been a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Rachel getting a raise because she will remember you, take extra steps to care for you, and cares about your smile. You can tell the amount of experience she has and is thorough with her work. That is how you do business. You made me feel special and cared for, thank you for what you do.
