Smiles by Delivery is an exceptional dental service that not only comes to you, but is also highly professional, friendly and prompt, but also performs extraordinary dentistry. I have been a patient for the past two years and I continue to be so impressed with Dr. Pifer and his incredible staff, including Katie, Caesar and I believe Desiree’ and don’t want to leave anyone out of his fantastic team, but can’t recall all the names from the past two years. I cannot say enough good things about the folks at Smiles by Delivery. Barb and Katie are whom I most frequently spoke with. Both were so helpful in helping me navigate managing my 90 y/o Dad's dental care. They walked me through, patiently, multiple options of care for Dad. Helping me find something that both took care of him and was not the most expensive route. Weighing pro's and con's. Per Dad, he was happy with the tech's and dentist who worked on him. We have zero complaints with SbD and are so thankful they are out there to help people who need a mobile dentist. Thank you for what you do!!! JCH

Smiles by Delivery provided excellent dental care in a caring and calming way, making what might have been a difficult situation one we'll remember very positively. Recovering in a care home, my mom is much less mobile than she was. Phoenix/Scottsdale Smiles by Delivery care team and Dr. Pifer made the experience transparent, incredibly convenient for my mom, offering us a rare combination of quality and flexibility. Katie was so incredibly patient and kind as i asked so many questions regarding my elderly mom's dental needs, and her follow -up so thoughtful and informative. She is asset to this mobile dentistry service, and hopefully my mom has speedy recovery after loss of teeth needing extraction due to infection.

My sister has been handicapped for much of her life and wheelchair bound for the last 30 years. She was having trouble taking care of herself at home in Colorado, so I found a wonderful groups home/assisted living facility (Sage House) and moved her there. It was then that I discovered she had not seen a dentist in over 50 years. I called Smiles by Delivery and spoke with Barb and we were best friends by the end of the call. Dr.Pifer visited my sister and was very kind and gentle as he evaluated her long neglected teeth. Fast forward to today and she has had 15 broken teeth removed painlessly, others were filled and a beautiful set of dentures created. We are thrilled with the results. Dr. Pifer is an excellent dentist and kind human being. His mobile staff was also friendly and very professional. I am my sister's POA and I was notified ahead of every visit.
