Nov 25, 2024 · Von MCute and clean environment, staff in general is kind and fun. The dentist herself that we got was high pressure and rude to my son and myself. She was insisting on giving him laughing gas even though he is a well behaved almost 10 year old and wasn’t panicked at all. She continued to reprimand him all through the check up for ANY slight movement. I, as an adult, have slightly shifted in a dentist chair more than he did and never had a dentist say a word about it. They also will not stop calling to schedule further appointments even when you’re having a family crisis and have told them so numerous times. I know they are just doing their job but when a customer says NO, it means no, NOT for you to schedule an appointment without parental consent (that just happened today). We personally will not be returning as we felt like we were an inconvenience to the dentist and the scheduling staff scheduled my son during a very difficult season for my family without even asking.
