I had the pleasure of being the patient of Dr. Nuwwareh, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the level of professionalism, care, and human touch that the entire team at SmilEra provides. I typically do not write reviews, but this team deserves to be seen. I've been a patient of Dr. Nuwwareh for several years now and went through several procedures, including envisalign treatment, full mouth veneers (yes! bleach white!), gum graft surgery etc. During my visits, Dr. Nuwwareh took the time to explain the procedures I would undergo, including the process of Invisalign treatment, expected results, duration, required hygiene etc.; veneers (including considerations for color, shape and quantity) and gum graft surgery required. I appreciated how thorough and patient they were in answering all my questions, making sure I understood the benefits and expectations of each treatment, the pain level (super important for me), before and after procedure care etc. This level of communication is a testament to their commitment to patient care not to mention that it helped to alleviate the anxiety i had as i was embarking on a full mouth restoration journey. The Invisalign treatment was a game-changer for me. The process was seamless, and I was guided through each step, from the initial scans, to receiving my aligners and through the course of the treatment. The team was always available to address any concerns I had, and I felt supported throughout the entire journey. Following the Invisalign treatment, I underwent a full mouth restoration with veneers (to fulfil a childhood dream of mine to have snow white teeth). The attention to detail was exceptional. Dr. Nuwwareh worked meticulously to ensure that the veneers matched perfectly. As i am coming from Toronto for every appointment, timing is incredibly important. Dr. Nuwwareh stayed overnight in his lab to ensure that necessary alterations are made to achieve a perfect fit. The artistry involved in this procedure and his dedication to patients was beyond imaginable level, and I am super grateful for the care i received and highly satisfied with the outcome. What truly sets SmilEra apart is the human touch they incorporate into their practice. Every member of the team genuinely cares about their patients' well-being. They follow up after procedures to check on my recovery and ensure that I am comfortable. This level of care is rare. He was so dedicated, he nearly hurt his back working on my husband’s case. His assistant, Olga, was equally impressive—professional, attentive, and knew exactly what to do to keep everything running smoothly.
