Smile Reef Pediatric Dentistry

I switched over to this doctors office about a year ago, we have seen maybe 2-3 doctors in this office. Lately we’ve had Dr.Audrey and I cannot express enough how much we enjoy having her as my children dentist. She is always happy and explains in detail everything that is going on. She is very happy to answer all of your questions. I really pray she stays here a bit longer because I wouldn’t want to see anyone else! Front desk is also pretty kind and fairly accommodating as well.

¡I had a bad experience with an employee at the Ann Rd location! I always had difficulty making an appointment for my kids. ¡the lady shouldn't work at the reception! By the way, She has a terrible attitude. also is not professional because she relates the personal to work. ¡I would never recommend the Ann Rd location to my friends!?

So far its been pretty professional. The staff is nice I havent had any trouble with receptionist yet. I just REALLY have to complain about the fact that I git a 2pm appointment for my kids but was not advised that they go to lunch, im guessing from 1 -2pm so, you have to wait in the 120 degree summer heat in your car until they open the doors at 2. Ive worked in a medical office I get it every office is different with how they handle coming back from lunch. I just wouldve like to be notified becuz two kids in a car with barely working AC becuz of how hot it is outside is not fun and sorta distressful for my aon with autisim.

From the day I called for an appointment for my daughter, I have nothing but great things to say about this office. They were able to get me in as a new patient a week out. Everything is super easy, did my paperwork thru a text link, they even reached out to offer me an earlier appointment due to a cancellation. On the day of the appointment, everything was super smooth. Being my daughter's first dentist appointment ever, she was a little nervous, but everybody involved from the girls at the front desk, to x-rays, to cleaning to the final check by Dr. Jensen, including the office itself, made my daughter leave the office relieved and with a smile.

The staff outside of the receptionist is amazing, I'd give them 5 stars if it wasn't for her. The way she spoke to me and my grandson when he was asking for a particular toy that he was told he could get by the friendly hygienist, she said something inappropriate then made a face.. Mind you is on the spectrum, I would think the receptionist would behave better than that towards any child. You get paid to be nice and cater to kids and their parents/grandparents, the receptionist has horrible bedside manner. Not the face you want for your business

My son had an accident at school that unfortunately caused his front tooth to be chipped in half. I called Smile Reef for a last minute appointment and they were able to see my son within the hour! The doctor did an amazing job at making my son comfortable and color matching to correct his tooth. I am very pleased with the customer service and care my son and I received from Smile Reef!
