Smile Obsession Dental

From the first call all the way to the fast service. From reception (Kim/Karina) all the way to the assistants (Ximena) and the actual dentist Dr. Patel himself they were friendly, caring, helpful and non judgmental- they stopped at different times to make sure I was feeling okay and that I was feeling safe and secure. I definitely recommend them to anyone. I came in with a problem I thought would be thousands and they were honest and helpful. Please give them a chance. Also found on a whim of luck by searching on google under “patient friendly dentists” and they definitely did not disappointment. Photos below of before and after.

Going to the dentist gives me a lot of anxiety but the people in this clinic are nice and made me feel comfortable. From the receptionist (who greeted me by my name!), to the assistant, to Dr. Patel himself who made sure I was feeling comfortable throughout the procedure. They also made sure that I'm scheduled for another cleaning after 6 months. I think they're aware that I won't do that myself. lol xD

A great location to get your dental needs met. Dr. Peter Chung took his time explaining everything really well. Upon walking into the location the receptionist greeted me by name and promptly showed me how to do their sign in which was all on a touch screen desktop. The sign in process took less than 3 minutes. After which I waited for less than a couple minutes in their waiting area which was super clean. The dental assistant was super helpful with answering all the questions I had. If you've been looking for a clean, prompt dental office look no further than smile obsession located right off of Route 59, across from the Starbucks in Streamwood. Did I mention how clean this place is, and when I say clean I mean CLEAN as in scrub the baseboards every other day clean. And it's also beautifully decorated with great music. I'm so great full I found this gem located right in my neighborhood. Give them a call and book now!!!!

I needed a new dentist after I moved and I found Dr. Chen. He's very kind and down to earth including his office staff. Since I hadn't been to a dentist in a few years I needed some work as well as an implant. This was the first time I've had a plan for my teeth. There was also no pressure to pursue such plan. I also liked that he performed all cleanings, X-rays, bone grafts. Pretty much your one stop shop. Any and all questions were answered easily to my understanding. Would definitely recommend.

I saw Dr. Chung today he was very kind and took time to listen to my complicated issue. He really thought through every scenario and helped me to understand it all. He made me feel comfortable and I knew I was in good hands. These days it’s hard to find a good and normal dentist but I finally found one. He was awesome. He’s my new dentist and you should see him too, he’s great!
