They do run into minor issues since the building is fairly old, but they are always able to get me in and take care of my teeth. This place is such a great family owned practice that I will always recommend. They also take caresource so that's a huge bonus!"

"My initial appt. was pleasant and fast friendly service. I went to get my dentures. At first visit I was misinformed about what was to come. Was told start to finish 4 weeks. 3 weeks in they inform me they never submitted my authorization. Called my insurance, for them to inform Smilemakers did not submit all my paperwork. Keep in mind, they were to call me in 72 hours for impressions. Instead, Beth raised her voice, spoke over me, and then said it was my responsibility to submit medical documentation. My insurance is submitting a grievance. Place is ran down, very unprofessional, and down right rude. Would not recommend to take my dog there for a cleaning. Its a shame years ago Smilemakers was a friendly neighborhood dentist that catered to all. Sad, no pride there any longer. Customer service needs a class about dealing with the public and be taught some hospitality. RESPECT most of all. People please do your research to save you the trouble I had to endure."
