The staff was incredibly welcoming and understanding. They took the time to explain everything in a calm and reassuring way, which helped both my son and me feel more at ease. The dental assistant was patient and kind, and Dr. Lisa was exceptional! She was sensitive to my son’s needs, adjusting her approach to make sure he felt safe and comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Lisa also provided practical advice on how to continue good dental hygiene at home, tailored specifically to my son’s needs. The level of care and compassion we experienced here was unmatched, and I left feeling so relieved to have found such a wonderful practice. My daughter had such a positive experience here and I cannot rave enough about this practice. Super fast and easy to book an appointment. It was our first time going to the dentist at 2.5 YO and although she is usually shy and takes a while to warm up, Dr. Lisa worked with her to make sure she was comfortable. She explained all the tools, was interactive and patient with her, very cheerful. We love Dr. Lisa! Very patient with answering all of my questions and concerns too, and explaining thoroughly without shaming. The office was also very welcoming and clean. We booked our follow up appointment and my daughter is already looking forward to her next dentist visit. My husband even said it was well worth our 25 min drive LOL

Dr. Lisa was recommended to my family by our kids' first dentist, Dr. Chao who retired. As with anything related to kids (ours are 1.5 years and 8 years), we were skeptical but gave it a shot. We could not have been more pleased! Appointment Process: - Dr. Lisa's office was extremely helpful in scheduling our kids' check-up appointments. They even did text, email, and phone call reminders to remind us. Service: - The office is very kid-friendly as, after you check in, there is a room for a kids with a light-up LED board they can play with to calm them a bit. Dr. Lisa is also very friendly yet professional, having an easy-going, comforting manner with both of our kids (including our 1.5 year who was having a tantrum) while explaining (and even showing) us any teeth-related issues. She pulled us to the side to discuss next steps and was both direct yet detailed in her conversations. Overall: - 10/10 would highly recommend again and I think we have found our family dentist!
