I recommend this office to my friends and family. All the doctors are great and Sonia, Lidia ,Mayra, Jamie , Lorena and Anna are the best. They help you and treat you like family.

Thieves and got scammed.. First of all did my implant here way back 2020 first attempt was horrible with the terrible doctor made a mistake and failed. Pain and suffering was off the chart.. but I forgave them anyway. After few months different doctor did it and did a good job so I just let go of my first terrible experience that’s why I was still coming back not until recently. They offered me another service like single denture and a whitening package last November 2023. The doctor was really convincing about the treatment thats why I took it and of course cost me a fortune. The denture was ok though they made a mistake at first and send it back. But the whitening package that cost me $800, they keep forgetting and never done until I came again last july this year 2024. So imagine 8 months of waiting but never done so I finally decided to forget it I just want my money back since they keep forgetting to do it and reschedule. And I didn’t want it anyway more because I’m tired of waiting and pissed so I just want my money back. The front desk lady who was very rude said okay we’ll see what we can do and call you back and send you a check for refund but its already 3 months never receive a check nor a call back from them. So basically they stole my money. So Be careful of these place people . Terrible and horrible people.

I've had multiple appointments in this office and it's always the same issue. I show up early or on time and it takes 40 minutes to an hour to be seen. Before a thorough review of X-rays, the dentist was quick to recommend procedures that we were not inquiring about nor that were urgently necessary (not covered by insurance either). I informed the DR of what the visit was for and he just stated that someone would be in shortly to go over the insurance info. Moments later the dental assistant came back and told me someone would contact me later since and that they have to reach out to my insurance company regarding coverage of the procedure needed. I left my contact information on the various forms, several times, and they proceeded to contact my husband. Then I call them back for the update and am put on hold for 13 minutes. Forgot about. I call back and they answer, I let them know I was on hold and my name and they put me back on hold, transfer me to someone else. I have to reiterate why I'm calling, all for the lady to tell me that the procedure needed is not covered and that I have to pay out of pocket. After getting the run around, it was clear this was about money per the usual and was directed to contact my insurance if I had a problem. At my previous appointment, some months back, I had a complete checkup. They gave me a three-page list of things that I needed done. All of which were not covered by insurance, of course. They gave me the cost of each procedure. I called my insurance to review the cost of each procedure they went over with me. Almost every procedure code on the list this office gave me was more expensive then what my insurance told me it should cost. This office is unprofessional and not cost efficient whatsoever. I would not recommend them at all.

I had the best first experience, visiting smile design, Santa Carita. Dr. Nia and Lidia were amazing, knowledgeable, super gentle and fast. I would definitely recommend coming here to my family and friends.

(Do Not Go Here) I have REALLY good insurance through my work. Its a dental ppo. This place is so bad that my insurance adjuster said shes not going to contract with them anymore. She said rushed recieved SO MANY conplaints from customers that shes taking it off her list.. go figure. Staff were in a bad mood both times i went. Communication is really terrible. On two separate occasions I tried to get info on services offered. I was told twice that I'd recieve a call back. No call... the front desk lady, both times I've been here has this weird attitude. Everytime I have an appointment there's Noone in the office but it takes them a half hour to 45 mins to get me into see anyone. I might suggest Dr. Clark at lost canyon family dental. They have a 5 star review and I've recently got a quick appointment with all the information off 1 phone call. I've also been here back in 2017 and remember how nice they were and easy to work with... sorry for the rant but after so many attempts with this place, I've lost the ability to even suggest this place to anyone.
