Smile Design has the most courteous, knowledgeable & efficient staff. Miriam Gomez is my hygienist. She is gentle, however I trust her to be more aggressive if necessary & she’s extremely thorough. Dr. Paola Berrios recently re - did 4 of my fillings & it was the most comfortable experience while completed with efficacy & thoroughness!!

Miriam is amazing. Paola, the dentist is also great Very friendly staff and punctual with appointment times.

The experiance at smile design dentristy is a great place to have your teeth worked on. The doctor is my favorite. The staff are like friends. I would recomend this place to all.

amazing service from the moment I walk in from Jessica and through the entire experience. I have been going here for years and have always received great service and care for my teeth. I needed to have a wisdom tooth taken out due to some pain and Dr. Mata and team stayed late to take care of me and ensure that I left without pain. They truly care for their patients and run a clean and caring facility. I will always go back there. 10/10!

STAY AWAY What they say they will do changes daily. Dr Paola Berrios should not be practicing dentistry. She had me go back and forth during the course of one month only to tell me they won't honor the signed treayment plan signed by both parties. Only to finally say she would yesterday. Today I get a message from the beyond rude office manager that they will not have the partial today due to them dismissing me as a patient. What? Jessie b the new office manager said she would not honor anything that was told to me by the previous Jessica who is no longer there her exact words to me " I don't know or care what the other person said or did I'm the new office manager and what I say goes" She went on and on abusing me. Then she calls me back apologizing and says the Dr said she will honor the signed agreement. I go there yesterday as previously scheduled to have 3 teeth extracted Dr Berrios sits down and tells me she won't work on me, however she will pay for the partials which I can pick up tomorrow's. This morning I get a message from the delightfully rude Jessica b. That the Dr changed her mind (yet again) and they will not give me the partial. I trusted the Dr and waited over a month for something to be done as promised Seriously how dumb and deceitful can one Dr and one office manager be? I called my insurance today they cover partials the office just didn't complete the form with the right code. I got the codes. Dr Paola Berrios you need to no longer practice dentistry and you need to research all the facts given to you by your patients not your new office mgr. I will make certain the facts are all revealed . Joanna Mancini

Dr Mata was excellent. She explained everything and so did office manager. So gentle since my anxiety was very high when I first got there. They weren't judging, just kind and caring dental assistant. Would recommend this office and Dr Mata.
